Terms of Sale & Refunds
1. Who sells BatchGrab Pro
BatchGrab Pro is sold by the developer of BatchGrab. Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our online reseller and merchant of record, which handles payment, invoicing and sales tax. Google is not the seller and is not responsible for the purchase.
2. What you get
- A license key that unlocks the Pro features of the BatchGrab Chrome extension: unlimited files per batch, all-tabs scanning, rename patterns, auto-folders, ZIP download, advanced filters and download history.
- One-time payment, no subscription. The license does not expire and includes future updates of BatchGrab for as long as BatchGrab is offered.
- The key can be active in up to 5 Chrome browsers at the same time. You can free a slot by choosing "Remove license from this browser" in BatchGrab settings.
The free version of BatchGrab stays free and lets you download up to 20 files per batch.
3. Price
The price is shown at checkout (US$9.99 at the time of writing). Lemon Squeezy may add sales tax or VAT depending on where you live.
4. Refunds
If BatchGrab Pro does not work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing muhakbaryusuf.ppp@gmail.com with your order number. Refunds are paid back through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. After a refund, the license key is disabled.
5. Fair use
Only download files you have the right to save. BatchGrab must not be used to download copyrighted material without permission, to get around paywalls, logins or other access restrictions, or to download from YouTube (which BatchGrab does not support). Licenses that are shared publicly or resold may be disabled.
6. No warranty
BatchGrab is provided "as is". Websites change often and some files cannot be detected or downloaded. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to BatchGrab Pro is limited to the amount you paid for it.
